JAZZ VOCALIST and RECORDING ARTIST JERRY COSTANZO LIVE at The 2011 WINTERFEST JAZZ ON THE VINE FESTIVAL

New York, NY, February 20, 2011 -Jerry Costanzo will be performing live with the Jerry Costanzo Septet at the 2011 Winterfest Jazz on the Vine festival (www.liwinterfest.com) on Long Island at the Raphael Vineyards, in Peconic, New York on Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Jerry continues to delight audiences with his spirited singing and effervescent personality every time he takes up a microphone.

As a follow-up to his most recent successful CD, Destination Moon, Jerry Costanzo has put the finishing touches on his upcoming CD Can't We Be Friends, due for release on May 9, 2011. In his performance at the 2011 Winterfest Jazz on the Vine festival, Jerry will be performing songs from both Destination Moon and Can't We Be Friends along with Jazz veterans Andy Farber, Sax & flute; Mike Carubia, Trumpet; Isaac Ben Ayala, Piano; Mark Sherman, Vibraphone; Bob Girllo, Guitar; Jennifer Vincent, Bass; and Jimmy Madison on Drums.

Jerry also leads his own big band and other smaller jazz ensembles with musical director Andy Farber, and has worked with and continues to work with the best jazz musicians in the business such as: Steve Ash, Ted Firth, Neal Miner, Joe Cohn, Dave Glasser, Mike LeDonne, Jerry Weldon, Ralph Lalama, Mark Sherman, Ben Wolfe, Jimmy Madison, Alvestor Garnett, Hilary Kole, to name but a few.
