U.S. Navy Band Commodores Jazz Ensemble Performance

The U.S. Navy Band Commodores Jazz Ensemble will perform at Leesylvania State Park on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 5 p.m. Come out an hear "A National Treasure" live and in person. The Commodores are known for their cutting edge arrangements, jazz soloing, jazz vocal stylings by Chief Musician Yolanda Pelzer and musical excellence. The Commodores enjoy a rich legacy with over forty years of service to the U.S. Navy and the nation. Under the direction of tenor saxophonist, Senior Chief Musician Phil Burlin, the Commodores are keeping the big band flame alive. Come out and support them. The concert is free and open to the public.
