(Published: September 15, 2011)

Boston, MA, September 14, 2011 - Can't make it to the show? Berklee College of Music is partnering with Concert Window to stream high-quality video for select live musical performances at the Berklee Performance Center.

Concert Window will host over 20 shows at Berklee in coming weeks, including jazz drummer Peter Erskine, who has played with Steely Dan, Weather Report, and countless others (Sept. 28); faculty guitarist Julien Kasper's tribute to Led Zeppelin's Houses of the Holy (Oct. 13); the Asian Music and Culture Festival (Oct. 24); a performance of Michael Jackson's Thriller in its entirety, presented by faculty bassist Tom Appleman (Oct. 31); a faculty tribute to the music of Sun Ra (Nov. 3), and Singers Night, featuring Berklee's finest student vocalists (Nov. 15). For the full schedule, visit concertwindow.com/schedul....

Founded by Dan Gurney and Forrest O'Connor, Concert Window aims to help musicians and venues by streaming their performances and advertising their music and merchandise. Viewers can also watch live streams from Club Passim and Longy School of Music (Cambridge, MA), Le Poisson Rouge (New York, NY), and Tupelo Music Hall (Londonderry, NH).

"The Berklee Performance Center has such an adventurous concert schedule featuring incredible artists, so the opportunity to partner with the college really means a lot to us," says O'Connor. "Berklee understands live concert streaming is developing into a significant segment of the music industry."
