CLARK TERRY BECOMES FIRST LIVING LEGEND TO JOIN THE LEGENDS SERIES BRASS LINE
(Published: January 20, 2012)

Anaheim, CA - January 20, 2012 -

A prolific swing and bop trumpeter, educator and recipient of the 2010 Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, Clark Terry is one of the most prolific jazz musicians in history and the first "Living Legend" to join the Legends Series Brass Line.

The Clark Terry Legends Series Trumpet Mouthpiece features silver plating throughout, 15.95MM, .628" inner rim, a semi flat rim contour, medium wide rim thickness, a "V" shape, medium deep cup depth and 147", 3.73MM bore.

The most recorded trumpet player of all time, Clark Terry has appeared on more than 900 recordings. He has performed and recorded regularly both as a leader and sideman with Charlie Barnett, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Quincy Jones to name a few. The Clark Terry Legends Series Trumpet Mouthpiece is an exact reproduction of his silver plated mouthpiece, which he used over the span of his sixty year career in jazz.
