Gene Ess and Nicki Parrott CD Release @ Blue Note Feb 12

On February 12, 2012 Gene Ess will be performing for a CD Release concert at the famed Blue Note Jazz Club in NYC. The sets are 12:30PM and 2:30PM. Reservations are recommended. The album "A Thousand Summers" has been released on Feb 1, 2012. Featuring Nicki Parrott on vocals.

A perfect concert for Valentine's Day as the album features beautiful songs about love lost and won from the jazz canon. The songs were carefully arranged by Gene Ess and Thomson Kneeland. You will fall in love all over again! ;-)
