Soprano saxophonist/composer Jane Ira Bloom, pianist Jason Moran, and trumpeter/composer Ralph Alessi join Mr. Hersch as guest faculty for the workshop.
Musicians between the ages of 18 and 30 with significant experience in improvisation are invited to apply. Applications will be accepted for piano, brass, winds, strings, hand percussion, and voice. Approximately 12 musicians will be selected.
