Neighborhood Classics presents jazz pianist Lafayette Harris Jr. & Friends at PS 321

The Neighborhood Classics concert series presents jazz pianist Lafayette Harris Jr. & Friends in an evening performance featuring guest trumpeter Antoine Drye, bassist Lonnie Plaxico, singers Jazzmeia Horn and Noël Simone Wippler, and drummer Will Terrill. The program includes Dizzy Gillespie's Blue and Boogie, George & Ira Gershwin's They All Laughed, Charlie Parker's Parker's Mood, Michael Masser & Gerry Goffin's Saving All My Love for You, John Coltrane's Syeeda's Song Flute, solo piano with Blues and Ragtime pieces by Scott Joplin, Lafayette Harris Jr.'s Little Kevin's Embrace, Irving Berlin's Blue Skies, and Lafayette Harris Jr.'s Bend to the Light. Ticket sales benefit PS 321.
