Monday Jazz at the Turning Point Cafe, Piermont NY

Live Jazz has returned to the Turning Point Cafe in Piermont, NY since October 1, 2007 as a Monday evening series called "Monday Jazz at the Turning Point Café". The concept is to provide consistently high quality jazz every Monday, and to support this music in Rockland, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester where many jazz fans and musicians reside.

This is a really nice venue with great acoustics and ambience and great menu at low prices where musicians like to play.

This series has featured groups led by John Abercrombie, Scott Wendholt, Mark Morganelli and will have the Tim Armacost Quartet w/Matt Wilson, the Mark Sherman Quintet w/ Joe Magnarelli, the Dave Liebman group, Dave Stryker and other outstanding groups in the upcoming schedule.

Featured groups have also included John Richmond, John Hart, Tim Horner, Bill Moring, Eliot Zigmund, Ron Vincent, Ted Rosenthal, and many others, as well as frequent surprise musical guests.
