Mark Weber: The Next Michael Buble?
Buffalo, New York's Mark Weber just released his pop-jazz collection of old songs made new again, "When I Fall In Love," on amazon.com.
If you're a fan of Michael Buble, Harry Connick, Jr., Diana Krall, Nat "King" Cole, Frank Sinatra, or Dean Martin, you'll probably enjoy this collection of classic tunes that make you feel good.
Weber got his start singing in retirement homes with his father, a musician who plays the vibes and drums. "When I Fall In Love" features several songs seniors love to sing-a-long to.
The songs Weber has on amazon.com include:
L-O-V-E
You Took Advantage Of Me
Dream A Little Dream Of Me
There I've Said It Again
Five Foot Two, Eyes Of Blue
I Can't Give You Anything But Love
Bye Bye Blackbird
Old Cape Cod
When I Fall In Love
What A Wonderful World
Who Wants To Cry At Christmas?
The one original song is "Who Wants To Cry At Christmas," written by Weber, which he describes as a "sad-yet-hopeful" tune.
"When I Fall In Love" was produced by Weber and piano player Dusty Knapp.
Mark Weber is currently performing about 20 concerts a month in Upstate New York and Southern Ontario, and hopes to one day be listed in the same sentence as Harry Connick, Jr., Diana Krall, and Nat "King" Cole.
