The legendary American composer and musician George Gershwin wrote a wealth of music for the piano and was an involved supporter of the several transcriptions, for four hands, of his orchestral music.

Two remarkable London based concert pianists, Jocelyn Abbott and Laura O'Gorman, making their Zedel debut, bring to life this wonderful music with a fresh vitality that will enchant lovers of Gershwin's music and anyone who loves brilliant piano playing.

The programme includes the "I've got rhythm impromptu variations", "Porgy and Bess suite", a medley of Gershwin songs and concludes with the evergreen "Rhapsody in Blue"

"A superb performance of a delightful piano duo programme, presented with real virtuosity and panache" - Cambridge Music Festival
