Join Hazel Scott biographer KAREN CHILTON, author & restaurateur NORMA JEAN DARDEN and WBGO on-air personality SHEILA ANDERSON in a discussion on the life & music of legendary pianist HAZEL SCOTT. Rarely seen footage of Hazel Scott swinging the classics will be screened along with an in-depth analysis of recordings, from Cafe Society to her seminal recording with Charles Mingus and Max Roach, RELAXED PIANO MOODS on the Debut label.
