Jazz for Kids with Charged Particles
(Published: March 06, 2019)

Jazz up your day with this free educational concert performed by Charged Particles, a contemporary jazz trio based in the Bay Area in their 27th year of making music. Two of the band members teach at Stanford University, and during their workshops, they demonstrate and explain a wide array of jazz styles (samba, salsa, funk, swing, and more) and welcome the audience to become members of the band by singing and clapping rhythms and even taking a shot at playing the members' instruments. This entertaining and educational performance will be suitable for kids and adults alike.

They'll be at the Camarillo Public Library (4101 Las Posas Road, Camarillo, CA 93010) on March 18th from 3 to 4pm.
