St. Louis, MO, USA - June 23, 2009 – Presented by the Webster-Kirkwood Times, the 9th Annual Old Webster Jazz & Blues Festival recreates the music of the Las Vegas jazz scene during the 1960s. Not unlike Vegas at that time, this year’s festival offers great entertainment, food and spirits along the strips of Gore, Allen and Lockwood Avenues.

A tempting dolci (dessert) to the musical menu, headliner Wild, Cool & Swingin’ Orchestra (WCSO) will turn back the hands of time to fast-paced, fun with the sounds of Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Bobby Darin and Tom Jones. “This band gives us an opportunity to share memories of music icons in an exciting display of musicianship,” said festival artistic director and Webster Records owner Jennifer Bellm. Listen for a dazzling array of styles and tune-in to retro sophistication born in the Las Vegas heyday that is still alive today.

My first time to Reading was 1989 I think when I was 16 that makes me really old but I prefered Donnington back then. Now go to Leeds.
