Come spend a Sunday afternoon of jazz in the courtyard at the Lincoln Center Building, 630 Lincoln Road (near Euclid Ave.) from 1 to 4 PM, featuring LeNard Rutledge.

Captivating, soul stirring, earthy and funky. These are just some of the words used to describe the song stylings of LeNard Rutledge. His singing style is usually compared, aptly, to the legendary Lou Rawls. Like Rawls, Rutledge's classy elegance is often permeated by the raw passion of his church choir work. LeNard has shared the stage with a number of highly respectable jazz artists such as: Nnenna Freelon, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Kenny Drew Jr., and Harry Allen. In May of 2006, LeNard was named BEST JAZZ ARTIST, by the Miami New Times magazine. The music is FREE; restaurant service is available from Il Bolognese.
