Diane Schuur sings with Dr Ed Calle's Mamblue Big Band
(Published: November 30, 2016)

Concluding Miami's South Beach Jazz Festival, the incomparable Diane Schuur, backed by Dr Ed Calle's Grammy-winning Mamblue Big Band, will perform at 4 PM on Sunday December 11. The concert will be held in the Colony Theater, 1040 Lincoln Road in South Beach. Tickets are $30 Gen Adm ($45 VIP) at sobejazz.com.

Grammy Award-winning vocalist and pianist Diane Schuur inspires rave reviews across the globe as the new first lady of jazz. Known to personify the composer's intentions of the Great American Songbook, Schuur swings with heartfelt intensity. Her musical collaborations include the Count Basie Orchestra, Frank Sinatra, Barry Manilow, B.B. King, Ray Charles, and Jose Feliciano, among countless others. She continues to tour and perform extensively at major concert halls and venues around the world.

The festival is sponsored by Power Access, Inc., a nonprofit whose mission is "to define others by ability rather than disability." The festival is produced by KCC Productions.
